Thanks to their legal training and wide-ranging know-how, our specialists in this department are fully qualified to deal with all legal matters that arise in association with property development and management, and this results in significant benefits for our clients:

Our notary and legal services section works closely together with the other departments of Alfred Müller AG. It is able to influence all projects, and also ensures that everything runs smoothly from a legal point of view. In addition, it works closely together with the relevant cantonal and municipal authorities.

They provide professional and comprehensive consulting services, and punctually draw up all the necessary regulations and agreements for property development projects. Legal support and consulting are especially useful in the following areas:

  Definition of contractual clauses and regulations pertaining to the establishment of condominiums, co-ownerships, easements and other matters governed by substantive law.
